Reservations are OPEN. Applications are CLOSED at this time, and will open at 0001 hours on 08September2016 for reserved characters only. General applications will be open from 0001 hours on 09September2016 thru 2359 hours on 12September2016 (Eastern Time).

Players will be permitted to reserve one character at a time. Players may apply for two characters when applications open, but only one reservation will be honored. Reservations will allow a player to submit their application in the first 24 hours of the application period, during which time no other player may apply for that character. If, after the 24 hour period has ended, any reservations remain unclaimed, those characters will be available for the remaining open application period. Reservations and open applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
